Chelsea Yvonne Blake

Chelsea (CeCe) is the eldest of Alex's two children, born when he was 16. CeCe and her younger brother, Dakota, lived with their mother (Mel) and their grandparents, a decision made for their own well-being...or so Alex thought. Alex eventually has full custody of his children, but not before they've seen (and experienced) things no child should. CeCe is troubled, and her behavior and tendencies beg the question: What happened before she was in Alex's care?
